Amazing location on the slopes. Great wellness facilities with spas, saunas, and heated indoor and outdoor pools. Luxurious suites with private access to garage. Fitness center and kids indoor playrooms. Great food and free beverages.

Great location close to the ski lift and slopes, nice and modern suites with access to garage. The fitness center, indoor playrooms for children and playground were great. The meals were delicious and included free drinks.

The communication in English was a bit challenging, as most menus and signs were in German and few hotel staff were fluent in English. The charges for the transfer service were a bit unexpected, as it was not mentioned that they were not free.

Great location and amenities. Ski lift just steps away and stunning mountain views. Wonderful spa and pool area to relax after a long day of skiing. the staff were very friendly and attentive, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to choose from.

Language barrier could be an issue for non-German speakers. Limited English signage and menus, and some staff struggled with English.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious and comfortable hotel. The location was perfect, right by the ski slopes and ski lift, making it extremely convenient for us to enjoy the snowy mountains. The service was outstanding, with friendly and helpful staff who catered to all of our needs. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, providing a cozy and relaxing atmosphere for us after a long day of skiing. The amenities were top-notch, including a spa and wellness center with an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, sauna, and massage facilities. We also appreciated the free Wi-Fi and the delicious food served in the dining restaurant. this place provided us with an unforgettable skiing experience and we highly recommend it to families.
